 You may contact us through our website enquiry form or contact our technical services helpline.  Depending on the nature of your enquiry, you may be required to supply the following personal data; Name, Address, Email Address, Telephone.  The information collected is only used to respond to your query or enquiry.

Information we collect about you

  • When visiting our website, we may automatically collect the following information: Your name and contact details (including email address and occasionally telephone number and address).
  • Technical information from your visit, including the IP address used to connect your computer/device to the internet, browser type, devise used, operating system and platform.
  • Information about your visit including pages you have visited, time spent on the site and your regional location and language when visiting the site. We also collect data through Google Analytics including user demographics, user interests and visit traffic flow and analysis during a browsing session on our website.
