SPECIAL 1
SPECIAL 1 is a new and unique product in the roofing industry. Special 1 is pure MS polymer based waterproofing liquid membrane that can be applied on most of the conventional substrates without the use of any primer and it can be applied onto wet and dry surfaces .
No primer needed on any substrate.
Can be applied directly onto wet surfaces.
Great adhesion on wood, metal, felt, asphalt, concrete, EPDM and foil faced carrier membrane.
No odour, solvent free, non-flammable and isocyanate free.
Fast curing.
High elasticity.
Once cured, performs at extreme temperatures ( -30°C / +100 )
Fully UV stable.
10 or 20 Year guarantee with 225gm CSM full reinforcement or 100gm Polyester Fleece.
SPECIAL 1 is certified for use without reinforcement (W2, minimum 10 year life expectancy).
However, for large scale projects (20m² or above) or for installations where a longer lifespan is required, we do recommend using reinforcement along with on any joints, seams, substrate changes, etc.
